If you have any concerns regarding the services provided, we encourage open communication and aim to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Feedback and Complaints
We highly value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. If you have any concerns or wish to make a complaint about the services you have received at The Nourished Gut Clinic, please contact us directly to discuss our complaint resolution process.
We encourage clients to first raise concerns with us directly, as this often results in a quicker and more effective resolution.
If you are unable to resolve your concerns with us, you may escalate your complaint to the Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO) in Queensland. The OHO is an independent agency responsible for managing complaints about health services and practitioners in Queensland.

Professional Standards
The Nourished Gut Clinic operates in accordance with the professional standards set forth by the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). As a qualified naturopath, Karly Raven is a registered member of NHAA and abides by their Code of Conduct to ensure the highest professional standards.
NHAA provides an independent avenue for consumer complaints and further information regarding practitioner conduct.
