Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 30 January 2025

At The Nourished Gut Clinic, we understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your booking.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

48 Hours' Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within less than 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged. Future bookings will not be available until this fee is paid.

Prepaid Consultations: If at least 48 hours' notice is provided, we will issue a full refund or reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreed time.

 

Programs & Packages

Please note that for our programs and packages, we have a no-refund policy, which you agree to upon registration. If you have any concerns regarding your program, we encourage you to reach out to our team for support.
